Getinge opens Experience Center in Hessen

On May 9, Sweden-based MedTech multinational Getinge inaugurated an Experience Center in the Gateway Gardens district near Frankfurt airport.

The Experience Center in Frankfurt is the company´s first of its kind in Europe and the third globally after Tokyo, Japan and New Jersey; USA.

The opening ceremony was held in presence of Getinge President & CEO Mattias Perjos and the Swedish Ambassador to Germany, H.E. Per Thöresson, who emphasized the significance of the economic relations between Germany and Sweden.

The new Experience Center in Frankfurt acts as a hub for the transfer of knowledge and ideas. It includes a showroom, two hybrid operating rooms, two intensive-care units, a Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), as well as training facilities and offices.

This environment gives customers the opportunity to learn about Getinge´s products and solutions under real-life conditions. The close proximity to Frankfurt airport makes the Experience Center conveniently accessible for visitors from abroad.
