Earlier this year, NAYA Life Sciences, a company specializing in cleanroom solutions, established NAYA Cleanrooms GmbH in Hessen and opened a new office and showroom in Limburg, northwest of Frankfurt. The new location is the company’s headquarters in Germany, allowing NAYA to better serve clients in the region, enhance capabilities, and cultivate stronger connections within the European market.

NAYA chose Limburg and the state of Hessen because of the proximity to potential customers and the region’s strong life sciences and microelectronics networks. The decision underscores Hessen’s appeal for companies seeking to grow in the life sciences and technology sectors.

Globally headquartered in Slovenia, NAYA Life Sciences designs and manufactures cleanrooms for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, biomedical technology, and other research and development industries. The company employs over 250 people across five locations worldwide.

German Trade & Invest (GTAI), Hessen Trade & Invest (HTAI), and the Economic Development Organization of the County of Limburg-Weilburg-Dietz are collaborating with NAYA to offer the support of the Hessen Network of Economic Development to help the company settle, succeed, and grow in our state.

In September, Dr. Rainer Waldschmidt, CEO of HTAI, Jonas Winkler, Director Location Marketing & Investor Services at HTAI, and Lars Wittmaack, Managing Director of the Limburg-Weilburg-Dietz Economic Development Organization, visited NAYA’s new Limburg office. After touring the facility, they met with Yücel Kaner, co-founder of NAYA Cleanrooms, along with other company executives to discuss how HTAI can further support the company’s growth in Hessen and beyond. The visit highlighted how NAYA’s expansion in Germany and Europe aligns with Hessen’s broader strategy to continually develop as a global center for business and technology and attract innovative companies to the region.
